We are grateful for the professionalism from Hanna and her team. Their product is good quality, made to measure and they readily replaced one of our blinds which was slightly out of alignment to the rest. Korean blinds are easy to clean, and aesthetically superior.

A perfect n fuss-free service from purchase to installation. Remy was friendly and easy-going. (As was his associate whose name I forgot to ask) I requested for them to help me re-install a set of blinds in my kitchen. They did not decline, neither did they ask for extra installation charges. Remy just got to work swiftly. This was unexpected since most wouldn’t do it for free. They were so meticulous & even cleaned up n helped me discard my broken blinds. Hi Remy & Hana, Just wanted to say thank you very much for making our home look so beautiful with the blinds! We were excitedly looking forward to today and you guys definitely exceeded our expectations! Your guys came at 2.45pm (15 mins earlier than the 3pm appointment time!), wasted no time in doing their respective work and even made sure to check that the blinds are all levelled out because of my ceiling which is a little lopsided. Most installers will just install and go but your guys made sure to check all the blinds are done up properly before they left. Impressive! Our family is definitely impressed with the services provided by your team from the day we asked you guys for a quote, the day we stepped into your showroom where we received excellent service from your staff who explained to us the different types of blinds (even made recommendations to us based on the look of our house which we are glad we took up!), the day you came to take the measurements, the reminder on our installation appointment and eventually the installation day! There is absolutely nothing for us to find fault in. Everything's done so perfectly! We're so glad we found you guys! Was skeptical at first when seeing their ad on FB ad as we had a very bad experience with another dealer who did not complete our blinds after making full payment. So I went down to their shop and was served by Mr Woon who was not pushy and explained in details of their product. Managed to get an appointment for measurement on that night itself. Mr Remy and Ms Hana was punctual and professional in doing measurement. They explained the quality of their product and reassured us that they will deliver their promise. Was quite nervous on the day of installation and when we heard the door bell we were delighted! The worker were professional and fast in installing the blinds. They make sure that the blinds were fixed properly and refreshed our memories on how it works. My family love the blinds and i would recommend to those who are looking for one. I am shocked at all the positive reviews. The lady Hana handled my query. After I gave her my measurements she replied that “ we only do 4 pieces minimum !” PERIOD What she is trying to say is that my order was too small for their business. PERIOD. LITTLE did she ever think that had she tell me in much more pleasant manner I would have told her that my living room could also use some blinds too. Her one line reply to me is a clear statement YOU ARE TOO SMALL FOr MY BUSINESS BYE!!! Then that shall be.there are hundred other business smart and pleasant enough to at least listen to a ready and genuine customers like me, small as it may seems. Maybe your business is so good now that u don’t see the need for any tact in handling customers u deemed too small.

Had a great experience with Remy from start to finish. Very friendly and professional, would recommend to anyone. Great experience with Remy since the start. Communicated over whatsapp and got a rough quotation, and subsequently went down to the showroom to look at the samples. Remy was very professional in explaining the different types of curtains, and was very open and transparent around pricing. We had some questions on whether to choose blinds or curtains, and Remy was very clear and helpful in explaining the differences according to our needs. As we needed the curtains installed urgently, he helped us expedite the delivery and installation. Installation was fuss free, professionally done. All in all, very professional, friendly, and value for money.
