Hereby sharing my disappointing m1 customer service encountered on 18 Aug 21. Had great customer service fm m1 but this is by far the worst. Ms Amy Ong had me puzzled by telling me that I had called m1 several times..n even listed the day which I had called. Actually I was calling to enquirie my overcharged phone bill clarification, and that's what m1 customer service are for right? She was impolite throughout the conservative n not once she apologized. Hope m1 look into the matter, if possible listen to our conversation as I understand was recorded.

No idea why M1 service sucks so bad compared to previous times. Their portal kept throwing error messages when I wanted to do a fibre relocation and live chat agent kept saying to try again later or tomorrow. Till date I can't get a date to relocate my fibre to new address and can't work from home.

Terrible data. In, out, in, out, in, out. M1 is really screwing with us. Try Singtel or Starhub. M1 - I don't recommend.

Literally a terrible company. Ordered for delivery for WiFi router and delivery on Saturday 2-4pm but never came. Rang them up few times and they didn't know where the order was other than delivery driver was very busy. Rearranged for 7-8pm and still no delivery. Unprofessional company.

They never pick up the phone. I don’t recommend this company. They overcharged me for roaming. M1 please have better customer service

The marketing team for M1 has done an ultra sub standard job. It is so difficult to navigate its website just to find out the price of a phone. The website in itself looks good but I wonder if the management has ever done its ground work to try to navigate the website. To the marketing team, you have failed badly. I have been a customer of M1 for more than 20 years. You have failed me.

M1 service is really sucks. My phone was out of service and need a 1 to 1 replacement under fonecare+. Was told to wait at home from 2 pm to 6 pm the next day. However, the change of delivery address was not updated in the system (or so). Anyway, they went to the wrong address to deliver thus was told via sms to change the delivery date. Very upset with this as it is not convenient to be without a phone during this covid situation.

I've received very good service rendered to me by Emily today over the phone. She was patient and willing to listen to my situation to work out the most suitable plan for my needs (I have 4 lines and broadband with M1). Good job and thumbs up to you Emily!
