Worst customer service in Singapore. Both pre and post sales. Let's just say this is not my first time writing, and tbh, pretty lack of options when it comes to a Telco operator in SG. Supposed to go down to Sim Lim square to collect vouchers. Upon reaching there, was told by the outsourced partner that Starhub did not shop them any more choices and would be only available till end of month. The guys tried all means to reach Starhub team to check and as expected there wasn't any reply for a good 30 mins. No one informed or at least an email notification to customers like myself, I was told by the guys that I wasn't the only one. Very irresponsible loc company especially in current situation when everyone should try to minimise movement outside of their homes. If it wasn't for the fact that the vouchers have a 31st May deadline. What they could have done at least was to offer to either extend or have the vouchers mailed out . Bad management and system, typical local government enterprise that takes their customers for granted.

Lousy telco. Bill payment is set to recurring payment via credit card. However, starhub failed to do the recurring payment and blamed the customer for not making payment on time, which caused me not to be able to recontract. This is a failure company and please don't trust their service!

My family have a very pleasant experience with their on site technician (Alan) he help us manage and improvise our router and modem setting and was very patient!!! Keep up the good work Alan!

Starhub customer service used to be good when they first started, I have stick to them for more than 10 years. but now it is like a big bloated organisation that is not customer focus at all. takes about 8minute to traverse its automated call in order to talk to someone in the call centre. After they sent the form to me, there is no instructions where to send the form back. the email that they used to send me the form cannot received emails. customer service is not what it used to be anymore.

Good location in suburb MacPherson. Near to Paya Lebar and MacPherson MRT. There are many eateries, reasonably priced, along Ubi Ave/ Ubi Rd.

For a big company, they clearly do not care about the individual customer. I had my fibre internet down for 12 hours (and still ongoing) just because I recontracted my fibre plan and was told that it will take at least 24 hours to sort it out. I also arranged 2 weeks ago for delivery of TV+ boxes today but was told by customer service that my delivery order is still β€˜processing’. Disappointing from StarHub. #starhubdoesnotcare

Let down by Starhub for the 3rd time for business services. If you are looking for mission critical Telco services look elsewhere. They are not concerned and have no interest for your business except to get you to sign contract and get tied down. Their internal departments do not talk to each other, causing multiple communication breakdowns and services lapse. They are also quick to threaten with litigation for non payment even though billing issue is a result of their internal processes. They are also quick to cut the services. To the point where u cannot even reach their customer services by phone which is odd.. So, do yourself a favour and seek alternatives.

I received a letter from Starhub that my giro was rejected because of unmatch IBG record. I call the service center to find out what the ibg record was and what did not match. I have tried 6 times, on 2 different numbers to get someone on the line. Unfortunately despite trying every possible option I was redirected from one automated voice to another ending each time that I had reached the time limit... There is no email address where you can send a message to. So my only option is to complain from this review. I also got a late payment fine because my giro was rejected which cannot be waived (obviously also by automated voice). sorry but your customer service is abysmal.
