โ โ โ โ โ I had to get the battery of my MacBook Pro changed and was recommended to try Mac Plus. The whole customer experience was fuss free, straightforward and efficient โ from the inquiry stage to the actual repair. Actual repair work took under 30 minutes. One of my charging ports was also not working but Edmond was able to solve that for me. Glad that my MacBook is fully functional again!

Luckily Iโve found Edmond , provided fuss free , honest and always willing to share his expertise when question is asked . I only trust my Macs with him.

โ โ โ โ โ Very efficient service experience for my iMac. Diagnostics were run very quickly (about 20min) and I was able to retrieve all my files and photos from my iMac that was over 10yrs old. Service was completed within a few hours and prices for repair options were upfront and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I've used their services twice. Once for an old iMac power issue that Apple store fixed once but then went kaput shortly again, and Mac Plus managed to fix it again and so far so good. Most recent was for my 2015 MBP where the battery was bloated. Managed to change it within an hour so I could continue with my work. So far good and professional service!

โ โ โ โ โ My go-to place for MacBook repairs โ professional, pleasant and fuss-free. They are always upfront about the problem and costs, and honestly Iโve found more affordable and more helpful than the official Apple service centre. They helped replace the battery for my 2014 MacBook Pro (which Apple doesnโt do) and rescued my laptop after I spilled water on it, data and everything intact. Appointment only but they respond really quickly and in my case Iโve managed to make same-day appointments.
