MADLY Brand Experience Centre - 13 Ann Siang Rd

It was a wonderful and satisfying experience at Madly! I went to Madly to accompany my daughters for their bespoke experience. I must admit that I was captivated by their simple yet elegant and beautiful studio at Tiong Bahru the moment I stepped in. Little that I expect I eventually decided to have something special created for myself too. It was a pleasant and satisfying journey from choosing the gemstone and the design for my bespoke to finally unboxing the end product. I had the privilege to witness Sim Lee's talent and skills in designing my ring. Sim Lee suggested a few beautiful designs for my ring. At the same time she never fails to listen to me and patiently modify the design to meet my request. Bravo to Sim Lee and team for enabling me to receive my dazzling ring in time for my use also. Thank you Madly. I will definitely recommend Madly to those who want an ultimate bespoke experience.

I first visited Madly without much expectations as I was new to gemstones and was simply looking to explore. But I was totally blown away by the Madly experience - the team, especially Maddy and Erica, were so patient in walking me through the different types of gems, from gem types, to their shapes, sizes, design ideas and potential etc. The possibilities are endless but their patience, dedication and passion made the bespoke process so pleasant and enjoyable. They listened intently to my vision, ideas, right down to observing and understanding my personal dressing style and lifestyle, design preferences etc. All these culminated in a mind-blowing ring design that frankly, took my breath away when I first unbox it. Despite seeing the extremely realistic sketches and real-life mock up of the ring design, the final product really surprised me. The granular and thoughtful details that were factored into the final product really took the bespoke ring to a whole new level, exuding both class and elegance, making it a truly stand-out, unique piece and definitely one-of-a-kind in the world. If you are looking for a heirloom legacy jewellery that will last generations, something that you will be proud to call your own and pass on to your kids, Madly is the place to go!

Had a great time at Madly Gems new store at Ann Siang Road, very spacious and beautifully renovated. I learnt a lot about different gems and get to try the gems on my finger. The designer also did a ring design on the spot for me, super impressed with their service.

I am truly in love with colour changing gems such as Alexandrite and Garnet. Garnet appears purple on indoor (warmth light), and green on outdoor (white light). Their designer is very patience and professional in designing my unique piece.

Recently I visited Madly Gems' beautiful new store at Ann Siang Road. And must say, the designer is passionate, experienced and well versed in her jewellery knowledge. After discussing and clarity on my design expectations, she start showing me options to choose from, until I find the perfect piece. Highly recommended if you want some unique piece of jewellery!!

Visited the beautiful new showcase shophouse. Went through the design process and really impressed with the creativity and professionalism of my jewellery designer. Will def make a trip back to design a unique bespoke piece. Highly recommended. Thanks!
