We had to do a major overhaul for a 22 year old flat and had to tear down all fixtures, redo all electrical and even plumbing and gas works. Went for a minimalist concept. We had some hiccups along the way and had to change some of the design, but Ken and team were patient and quickly adapted and advised new format and solution. Done and headed by Ken. Ken went the extra mile even to help install a curtain rail which i bought online at Taobao, of course roping in Aldric as well. Thanks for the effort!

His service way exceeded our expectations and he always listen to our needs with patience and without any hard selling. He even went the extra mile and brought us to view works done on similar BTO. Everything went well for our reno without major issues and he's very responsive and always follow up closely on what needs to be done without fail. Great service with total dedication ! Anyone looking for renovation works big or small should look for them. Highly recommended !

Luckily l had Aldrick to handle this project, in fact this was the second time l had engaged him. As house owners, we really need trustworthy and responsible ID to pull through the whole project. Now lm happily and comfortably staying at my new home.

We were short of time but thanks to his planning and commitment, we were able to move-in on our desired date. He explained the pros and cons of different options to guide us in our choice. He then confirmed our choices of colour palette, tiles, material etc on WhatsApp so that there was little room for miscommunication. Overall a well-managed renovation project.

I just sold my old condo last year and bought another 17 year old condo and gave him the job to renovate the kitchen and 3 toilets. He has did a fantastic job with a great attention to detail and is very accommodating. If you're looking for an ID, communication is very important as you'll be working with him for 3-6 months and I found Melvin to be very professional. I've recommended him to a few of my friends and they found his renovation work to be of good value and quality. Highly recommended.
