~A home is a piece of heaven~ Thank you Niklas and team and all the contractors involved in giving my 14yrs old home, a brand new lease of life. I've had 3 experiences renovating my house and I find the end result of my current home is truly what me and my husband wanted for quite a while. When I walked into Nik's office, it was a trip well worth it. I gave Nik the idea of what I want and my budget. The reno was completed as scheduled. Although some hiccups along the way, he would quickly resolved it. I am also vy happy with his contractors who did my carpentry, tiling, kitchen top, electrical works etc. They all did such wonderful job and the end product - 2 thumbs up! As me and my family were living in the house during the renovation in progress, they tried their very best to expedite the reno but did not at all compromise with the quality of their workmanship. I definitely will work with Nik agn for my upcoming toilets upgrading. So, thanks agn Nik and the team!

We engaged 21 Interior Studio for ID and Renovation services from Aug to Sep 2021. It was a significant and tiring undertaking to switch homes during the COVID roller coaster - buying a Resale HDB, selling our first BTO, completing the renovation of the second house in time to vacate our first home (there was a handover deadline), shifting our small family of five (with two toddlers), making sure the kids have slots in the new neighborhood childcare. We knew the selection of ID was a make-it-or-break-it moment. Yes, it’s important to assess the ID’s design compatibility with our style, general workmanship quality, and affordability of the whole works, but above all else, it’s more about Trust (with a capital T). Needless to say, there can be a lot of difficult people to deal with in the renovation industry, and the ID needs to be able to manage these people and get the homeowners the service they paid for. We learned this hard lesson during our first BTO renovation. Sammy and Nick strike us as down-to-earth/ words-equal-to-action people, and so we decided to go with them. And we did not regret our decision. But it was still not easy. In fact, it was very challenging because of the material and manpower shortages during COVID and us having to juggle with work commitment, kids, and the renovation works simultaneously. We had to rejig our renovation schedule a few times. Fortunately, we had the help we needed from Sammy and Nick to make this transition as smooth as it could be. Compared to our BTO renovation (new flat/no floor tiling/ no demolishing) which took 2.5-3.0 months, Sammy and Nick managed it get it all done within 2 months (old flat/ overlay tiles/ remove existing carpentry/ demolish one wall). Sammy and Nick gave us much better-quality workmanship, and more work done in less time than our first ID. What I appreciated the most was their after-sales service. Their commitment to our renovation did not end after the first cut installation. They gave us full support for defect rectification, basically getting the contractors to do it and do it again until we get what we wanted. They also supported minor post-reno modifications we wanted subsequently. Responsible IDs like Sammy and Nick are rare. It was a 5-star service for me.

We engaged 21 Interior Studio for our resale hdb flat renovation. As first time owners, we are pretty much paranoid about engaging an ID after reading stories. We are indeed very blessed to have the help from Sammy and Niklas to complete the renovation in time for Xmas, less than 3 months in this covid period is impressive! Feedback on the service: 1. Patient and good initiative. When we faced some situation (stuck on making choices), they were able to advise us on things like the colours and space planning. 2. Good workmanship, from the hacking of walls, to tiling, carpentry, plumbing 3. Responsible (regular feedback during throughout the renovation process) and good aftersales service (Minor flaws were rectified almost immediately) Cheers!

The renovation started 2.5 months ago, this wonderful journey marked 90% done for now. I heard a lot of terrified stories btw the interior designers and the clients, I am lucky that none of these happened to me. Thank you very much 21 Interior Studio @2.1.i.s especially Sammy for the listening, understanding, advising and patient. During Covid, none of these are easy, with the shortage of workers, with the complaints from neighbours, with dramas like my air con compressor can’t go out from my room’s window after the whole set of wardrobes have been installed, the workers accidentally threw away my 2 bathroom taps when they cleared the rubblish. Sammy handled and resolved all the problems for me with a peace of mind. I am Highly recommended for any one who are planning for your dream house.

We came across 21 Interior Studio by chance. We engaged Sammy and Niklas. Did not regret it at all. They managed to complete the renovation within 2 months despite the Heightened Alert (HA). Sammy and Nik were laid-back, meticulous, honest and sincere. They listened to our needs and elevated our ideas. There were some hiccups but they managed to rectify them immediately. Engaged 21 Interior on Q3 2021 as needed the renovation and styling for our BTO flat. After seeing lots of IDs, we decided to go with Nik for our guy for the project. Overall It was a wonderfull experience, we had for our new home. The first was to decide on a certain style and theme, so as new home owners, it gets exciting when everybody goes to pininterest and watching videos on youtube for inspirational references, its good to have some nut not good to have too much as it becomes noise, this is where Nik comes in to advice and after a sessions, we decided to go with a soft industrial theme, going with monochrome(blk,wht,grey) and a little bit of dirty pink for the master and guest room. Impression 3D was done for us to visualise before it goes into production and if there is a need for any tweeks to certain part of the home. When we collected the keys from HDB, Nik will pre arrange to come with you over to check for defects, ans to test on the various parts, which is good as most of the time, people will tell you and say only and it ends there. This doesnt apply to Nik, he spends the time to check thoroughly and will flag up for any defects end to end. Once this is done the renovation starts( please refer to pics attached). No complains but only more for compliments for him as it was executed well. All i have to say that its not easy to read minds, i guess it worked for us in our first home heart warmed and on a side note, i was away on a work trip so Nik was coordinating with my wife(i got covid and was quarantined in Finland via transit) which was smooth and randomly the colour theme we choose was coincident with the airport in Finland - Helsinski Airport on the tones of black, white and grey. 21 Interior HeartWarm Thanks for journeying with us for our new home, a god send !!!

As first-time homeowners, my fiancée and I were very new to home renovation. I have to say, we were really fortunate to have engaged Raymond from 21 Interior Studio to guide us throughout the entire home renovation process. Raymond was very patient with us especially when it came to choosing materials, admittedly we took some time because there are really so many options to choose from. He gave us very thoughtful opinions and designs, narrowing down on the selections we liked and focused on the design we had in mind. In the end, we believed in Raymond's expertise and chose what he recommended and I have to say, we are really glad with the end results. As we were busy with our work, Raymond followed up with the contractors when we were not around ensuring everything is smooth and well done. Lastly, he is also very transparent with the cost, we felt very comfortable to share our budget and he managed to work within it. Overall, Raymond and his team from 21 Interior Studio have left my fiancée and I a very deep positive impression and we highly recommend this firm to everyone seeking for help in home renovation.

We engaged 21 interior studio after recommendations from a friend. Our ID was Niklas and he was very professional and hands-on. He put in efforts to help us find the marble print laminates which we wanted for our cabinet. Also, he brought us to the factory to choose our Gardenia marble design sintered slab for our kitchen. The laminates recommended for the kitchen cabinets, shoe cabinet and living room display cabinet matched very well and we were very contented. As the period to complete our renovation was very tight, he tried his best to push his workers to complete the works for us so that we could move in. The rectifications were done as prompt as possible. Overall, it was a positive experience having 21 interior studio renovating our place.
