★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell bogus products. Their Oval Lock is supposed to have Bluetooth functionality such that once it detects your phone, the lock unlocks. However THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. It works less than 10% of the time. And instead of replacing a new product. They keep stalling for time by asking me to change some settings, restart the phone, reinstall the program. Did everything for 2 weeks and the problem does not go away. How can a company sell such FAKE products? A keypad lock retails for less than $200. I put my trust in this company and spent $329 to buy their product- and IT DOES NOT WORK. Main Hardware. Please fix my product or refund me the money and replace me a new door because you drilled a hole inside it to install your product. The key pad sensitivity is also so poor. I have to press multiple times to get it to detect my finger. This is honestly MY WORST $329 SPEND EVER. cheating customers is no way to run a business. Very disappointed.

They quickly verified stock over the phone, and were ready with the door when I arrived two hours later. The door got onsite on time and my experience here was good.
Main Hardware is a breeze and has way better doors than you'll ever find in the big box stores.
