Ordered wine for a certain date. However they could not fulfil the order and they had to postpone the delivery to the following day. Given the festive periods, understood they could be busy. When the order arrived late the following day, the product was given was different. Ordered a 2016 vintage and they gave me 2018. Not sure if this is a one off incident or a norm for this outlet. They have yet to give me any explanation and continues to dodge my calls and texts. Order from this place at your own risk. Big lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average customer service and delivery. I ordered wine for next day delivery but after the order confirmation I didn’t hear a single thing more. I emailed requesting a change of delivery address but had no response to that either. Nearly a week later I had a response and was directed to the whatsapp number which I had already contacted. I reiterated what was already mentioned in whatsapp and email only to have the order delivered to the old address. I understand it’s busy over Christmas time but I dealt with far more reliable delivery companies over the same period with no trouble and polite fast communication. I will say however, they have a good selection of wine, hence why I bought from them in the first place.

Abysmal experience. I ordered two hours in advance from when I needed the beer. I called after 90 mins to be told they were out of stock. No solution.
I have been trying to get a refund after two weeks and 3 phone calls. Until now there hasn't been an email apology nor an acknowledgement of the failure to deliver and a commitment to refund. Lawyers next.
