We gave it benefit of the doubt and tried it 4 times! Every time at 8am they said their croissants are freshly baked. But without fail it's stale from previous day! If I had wanted previous day's I would come last night!!!!
They insult our intelligence n palate by telling us it's fresh! In a time of steep competition (in Joo Chiat) n social media I'm so surprised with their ignorance! However, their outlets in HKG was always great!
We buy ours now across the road from them - Common Man who's parent company is Tiong Bahru bakery!

I bought the Pave Cereal but it was too dry and hard. I couldn't finish and left it overnight and was surprised to find it hard as a rock the next day.
Service :
No greetings when I stepped into the small little shop. (There wasn't any customer anyway). The crew wasn't too interested in introducing their bakeries when I was trying to make my selection. I asked for the bread to be sliced but wow, there isn't any slicing machine in the shop.
Quality - Failed
Service - Failed
1 star is a consolation for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good value. Nice to see another popular chain set foot in the Joo Chiat area. However, I’m not sure if it’s the size of the outlet or the superb demand, but I find that options can be slightly limited or quickly sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had higher expectations from a renowned name but was terribly disappointed at the outcome. Éclair ain't fresh -tasted stale with a frozen taste to it. There are much better shops in this area. Goosh
