One of the best Halal bakery with quality ingredients used and of which the desserts taste divine & does not disappoint! My go to place for a late night dessert fix ?

Regretfully, ordered quite a bit lot in December for pasta (Individually packed), some sides & desserts. Communicated with Feeza, during the ordering process, it was all good and everything was communicated via whatsapp so it was an easy reference. I was recommended by a friend and asking to try the tarts. Before we confirm the order, no invoice was issued as I do understanding that it's a big order and without thinking further, I had made payment without any invoice. Trusting her words that everything will go as planned. On the day of the delivery, I had requested and stressing on the delivery time that it must be by 12pm and no later as we are all working in the service industry and have a limited time for lunch. Sadly, the food came in an hour later when our lunch time were over. Some of my other colleagues, had ate first and some left because of outside appointments. We end up with so many leftovers because of food came in late. That's not the end of the disappointment, when i checked the order with the physical food in front me, I was missing on nuggets, tarts & wrong pasta menu. Texted her and these were her replies: Nugget - sorry, we will refund Tarts - we got issues so we replaced it with brownies Pasta - no reply from her Not the end yet, as what she promised, invoice will be issued after payment received. Well, i had to chased on it for days. Oh! and someone on behalf of her replied about the pastas. Not sorry for the mistake done but gave an excuse that they charge me at Prawn pasta price instead of Seafood Pasta price (Which it was my order). The positive of it, the food was awesome. Presentation was ok. The Oven baked garlic butter baby potatoes - the potatoes were not cooked fully. We had to eat raw potatoes. The dessert were nice. Lastly, well, i don't hold grudge on things happen and always move on and giving chance. That is always the case because I believe that mistakes happen is for us to improve. So I thought to give them a chance since food taste awesome and it will be great for CNY. Unexpectedly, she rejected my order and told me that if she were to reject my order, her sales will not stop because of her rejecting my order. Just a note, my approach was calm and in well manner. This is just so sad and i would like to share this experience of mine to all of you. Still, it is up to you to judge about my experience.
