We came across Majestic Construction in Houzz website and emailed them our design intent for our 4-room resale flat. Kelly was the one who replied us with the quotation. We felt comfortable working with Kelly as she is responsive and easy to liaise with. Definitely there were hiccups during the renovation, but Kelly will informed us on the issues and will advise us on the solution. Even though there was a delay in the renovation due to the pandemic, Kelly managed to arrange her workers to complete the renovation soonest. And not forgetting, she will always update us in the group chat on the site condition.

Having moved in for 2 months, we are happy that we engaged Majestic directly for the renovation of our resale HDB. While the renovation took close to 7 months to complete (mainly due to delays caused by COVID and our own indecisions), we are pleased with the overall quality of product and excellence in service. Kelly was a pleasure to work with, and would offer prompt and practical solutions for first-time home owners like us. Kelly was also great in coordinating the whole renovation, and did not have any qualms with us engaging our own direct contractors for certain scope of works (which was much appreciated). She was always accommodative of our requests and queries, and sought to provide constant updates to the works where available. The in-house carpentry team from Majestic was also stellar in their workmanship. I am also happy to report that rectifications were quick and forthcoming, and any home owner can surely feel at ease when entrusting their home renovation project with Majestic.

When we were shortlisting contractors, we approached Kelly from Majestic due to all the great reviews we had read online about her. After comparing quotations, Majestic’s quote was the most value for money. We have absolutely no regrets at all working with Kelly on our first home and we are so thankful we made the decision to go with Kelly/Majestic. Kelly is hardworking, resourceful, meticulous, and she goes the extra mile to provide superb service. Unlike many other contractors/IDs, Kelly will really listen to your wants and will advise you on whether it is a good or bad idea and why. She then executes the plan to perfection. Majestic is lucky to have Kelly working for them and I highly recommend everyone to look for Kelly when you need a contractor. If Kelly remains in this line years from now I’ll definitely reach out to her again to work on my next home. We contacted Kelly directly and engaged Majestic to do up our new BTO. Do note that as Majestic is a contractor, there is no design aspect. However, as we know what we wanted, we went ahead with them. Kelly was responsive and guided us through the entire process. With her experience, she offered us advice such as choice of colours/laminates and dimensions. We did tiled floors for the whole place. For carpentry, we did for the kitchen, shoe cabinet and wardrobe. Kelly was very open and transparent throughout the process which is something we appreciated. There were slight hiccups for our flooring which took a while to be resolved. Overall, would recommend them. :)

We met a few IDs and contractors before deciding to work with Kelly as she seemed to understand our style the best. She is very knowledgeable in her area of work. She had also helped us to choose the right colour of paint for our theme even though painting was not in the quotation. Really appreciate that. Overall was quite satisfied with the work by Majestic.

We decided on Majestic Construction Engrg after coming across pictures of their projects and saw that the quality of their workmanship looked really good. Our Project Manager was Kelly. She was very professional and efficient. She got our preferences and aesthetics very quickly from the first meeting and gave us good advice during the renovation of our first home. Although they are not the cheapest Main Contractors around, we felt relaxed throughout the renovation and did not have to worry about workmanship, and any issues that cropped up were quickly rectified by Kelly. They were totally worth the money and we have absolutely no regrets going with Majestic for the renovation of our home and have received a lot of positive feedback about our renovation from friends and family alike.

We shortlisted 3 contractors and ID at the start of our reno journey. Choosing Majestic was an easy decision. Eventhough the other 2 quotations we received was way way lower than Majestic but their responses was a NO (my pet peeve is slow and non follow up) I rather pay more to work with a trusted and responsible contractor.  Seriously , it is totally alright to pay more for a peace of mind! I reached out to Majestic months before our key collection date and I still remember Jake told me it was too early and he will contact me nearing the date which he proactively did (without any reminder from me) 3.5 months reno journey and I cannot even think or point to an unpleasant incident with Majestic. Jake is prompt in all his replies (day and night) and accomodated to our odd hours appointment .  Any issues were rectified almost immediately. The team in charge of our place was great too!! To us, everything was close to perfect. Our reno completed 2 weeks before the targeted completion date. Having a new home for the first time is a big step for both my husband and I. We know we wanted good workmanship and also an experience contractor to work on our home as we will be staying here for a long time. The condition of our resale 4 room flat was bad. With old school cornice style, the kitchen quartz which is almost about to break, and many more other problems. Having Kelly to manage our house was really great! ? She is very experienced, detailed, and fast. We really like how she give suggestions to our design. The workmanship is really good especially  the cabinets in our kitchen. Our tiling works, and plastering of walls are done up to our standard. Her painters are also very skilled. As we managed to see our final touch-ups, we are very happy with our house overall. She made our dream house become a reality. Definitely will recommend Majestic to our family and friends ?
