As present rented house was not maintained properly and were having lot of cockroach, ant etc problem.
After pest control no more insrct problem..

1) they became complacent, and some of the things were not performed such as skirting.
2) I ONLY REQUIRE pictorial report when there is findings such as stagnant water, or rodents caught. I was informed that they don't have such service, BUT they have pictorial for EVERY service, and my company require to top up the amount. kept asking me why i only require picture report for findings
i totally gave up communicating with them for this issue, and it was hanging for several months until they requested me to customer satisfaction survey.
i filled up the survey, and they finally get back to me after a month when i send the survey, i was quoted $50.00 for such report.
ridiculous!
