Innovative Pest Control & Management - Singapore

I am 11 months into my 1 year contract with Innovative Pest and thus far I am extremely satisfied with my experience. At the outset, I dealt with their sales staff whom I found knowledgeable and professional. I have young children in my home and was worried about the toxicity of some of the products used, but the sales person (Yap) was quick to make recommendations to allay my fears. Thereafter, I've had good experience with their customer service (Linda). She is regular with scheduling our monthly pest inspections and is very responsive, sometimes even replying over the weekend. The technicians who make the monthly visits to my home are also very professional, discreet (important with the current WFH arrangements), courteous and friendly. When asked why certain measures are taken, they are quick to explain the rationale. They are also prompt to respond. Over a weekend when I discovered a sudden rodent problem, they reacted quickly on short notice, and did not charge extra. When mosquito misting cannot be done (due to bad weather), the technicians and service staff are also quick to arrange for an alternative date for misting to take place. I highly recommend this company for their commitment to good service and reasonable price point.

Mr Yap was very professional and explained what is done during each service visit, etc. Most importantly, his team was responsive and punctual. I have been using the pest company for the last 3 years. They have been very responsive and are knowledgeable on pest eradication. They have attended promptly to adhoc requests, and helped troubleshoot when I had problems with ant infestations. Appointments for monthly inspection are promptly made and they are very flexible with timing arrangements. Will continue to use their services in the years to come.

Am very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Yap and the various pest controllers that came by each time to carry out general inspection. They are always providing guidance on how to pre-emptively prevent any infestations and solutions to existing issues. Also noted that they have recently gone digital with their reports which is another sign of continuous improvement.
