Bad customer service . Saw us taking the paper and pencil and smile at us , when we already filled up the order . And gave them at around 20:55 . They smile and say that they are closed for the day :) Closing time is at 21:00 . The least they could do is tell us how long we have to place the order rather thn watching us fill up the paper and say they are close afterwards . Still can give a smirk :)

Love the DIY sushi concept here. Can choose the meat & veggies i want in my sushi. I always ask for my sauce on the side so my sushi wont be soggy

The β€œSoul Veggie” was tasty and filling. It comes in a very cute package with sides of wasabi and sushi sauce. The store has salad bowl options too.

Grabfood order ID: GF-146 Ordered my dinner at 7:45pm. Estimated time for the food to be delivered was 8:10pm to 8:20pm. Delayed to 8:30pm to 8:45pm. Delayed again to 8:45pm to 9pm. Personally ring up the outlet at Lot One and it says driver have already picked up the order. Ring up the driver and driver say have not picked up the order. Ring up the outlet again, he realised y order is still here and driver have not picked up. This is not how you run an outlet and how you work together as a team. Horrible, I had to smash my weighing machine as an output for my bad temper. Guess what? Tonight 15th April 2021, I won't be having any dinner and soon it's 9:10pm close to my bedtime. Thank you so much for the superb service.

2nd time ordering 2x mega san. As usual I love the wide variety of ingredients to choose from but this order really disappointed me because the rice was tasteless. Called them up after having my meal to check if the white rice option was supposed to be flavoured and the staff confirmed that it was indeed supposed to be sushi rice. But there was no hint of vinegar AT ALL. Really tasted like plain rice with some toppings rolled in it. Didnt help that they gave very little sauce as well... I was quite pleased with my first order last December but this will be my last time ordering from them.

Maybe better train your trainees next time. The preparation was fast but the serving ??? Waited over 30+ minutes when I saw my food already being made and I understand there were grab food orders but the girl kept packing and taking new ready orders and packing those without serving any? In the end had to ask if my food was ready and it was just sitting there the whole time pls.

Had food poisoning after eating your mega san salad and tom yum fried chicken. Something's wrong with the preparation of your food. I frequent this outlet because i enjoy your diy sushi and salads but after what i experienced, i lost all my trust in you and will never order from you again. Im 100% sure my food poisoning comes from your outlet because it was my first meal of the day. I didnt eat anything, before and after eating the food from your outlet. And after finishing the food from your outlet, i started to feel uncomfortable in around 1 hour and threw up 3 times. You should check how you store your food and i believe it's either the smoked duck or the tom yum chicken which is contaminated. I wouldnt be this upset bc i like your salads and sushis but after this happened, i lost all my trust in you and i would be afraid to buy food from you. I had food poisoning in the past but i wasnt very sure is which food that i ate. But now im very sure it is from you cos thats the only thing i ate all day. I suffered 3 times for nothing all because you didnt follow procedures and didnt store your food properly. I had to suffer because of your wrong doing so i already reported it to SFA and they said they will investigate it and send someone down to your shop. Lol good luck.

Bloody terrible service. From the Chinese girl who REFUSED to help my mom as she doesn’t know how to use the paper ordering. Even after my mom figured out she refused to take my mom’s order and after that she took her bloody sweet time preparing the order. Waiting 5-10mins when there was NO ONE AT ALL. She just keeps dragging her time. Clearly something is very very wrong with her. Will never come back
