Mala hot pot - 442 Pasir Ris Drive 6

Went there to try the Mala Hotpot set, was utterly disappointed with the quality of the meat and the "Zhong La" was barely even spicy/numb at all. Avoid at all costs.

food is not fit for human consumption. the staffs behave like animals too. 5 stars if this were a zoo.

They don’t go by weighing how much ingredient you choose for mala pot. and by the way, they will take for you, and just by counting and tell you a price. never even ask you the portion for how many person. one of the worse mala pot i have tasted in SG.

firstly, this the service attitude from this staff is HORRIBLE. couldnt take feedbacks at all and would argue w u even tho hes at fault. whats worst, how can a staff scold vulgarities at customer?? i’m UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED for my first visit and definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to patronise this stall. secondly, under covid circumstances, shouldnt the staff ensure that masks are put up at ALL TIME??? setting aside covid rules, even preparing food without face shield wouldn’t it count as unhygienic??? im rly wondering if this staff is trained to do what hes supposed to do. thirdly, i know that the staff is UNHAPPY serving me but, is this food supposed to be served??????? what’s all this tissue paper for??? im not paid to consume rubbish. if the staff is unhappy to prepare the food that was ordered, then don’t proceed on to serve RUBBISH. lastly, i would urge whoever the boss is to take action on this staff. this is rly a VERY UNPLEASANT experience.

Worse mala ever I've had. I've tried so many outlet but this is probably the worse I ever tried, the mala taste was so blend, asked for more spicy but it tasted like less spicy and not properly cooked. Disappointed

Bad experience! Not allowed to choose ingredients for my vegetarian Mala. The image outside shows lotus root but I did not get any. The lady cashier said the outside image is for show only. Cannot choose even if i was willing to pay extra. I was given the cheapest vege available. The 24 hours vegetarian food beside this shop was closed for rest today so much regret for choosing alternatives.

Food still ok.... but the service is extremely bad.. the lady and the so called chef were sitting in front of the stall when I went to the stall. The lady really took my order with angry face. Frowning face. The guy don't even wake up to prepare my order and keep stare with his sleepy and angry face. MY ADVICE TO OWNER. either u better get other worker or close shop.. really disappointed.

This is a sham shop. Your order the set options and get only noodles ND nothing else. Avoid at all costs
