★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very friendly. But opening hours very misleading. Website and clinic signage says mornings open till 12:30pm but in actual fact, the receptionist says they are closed at 11:30am and refused to register those who arrive between 11:30-12:30pm. So for night opening hours from 7pm till 9pm, does it mean they are only opened for an hour till 8pm? Hopefully they will update last registration timing on Google, their company website and physical signage soon.

He not only manages the symptoms, he is also very thorough on the possible causes.
As such, you may wait some time for your turn but be assured you are in the very best care of Dr Eugene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic at 1615 and checked that they close at 1630 but was told that they've closed registration.
Why indicate that you're open until 1630 when you're not? And end up cause sick people to have to walk around to find a clinic that is opened.

Dr Eugene Kan is approachable and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a pleasant and assuring visit attended by the gentle and understanding doctor Eugene. Being my 1st time there, I was honestly abit apprehensive to visit as I read the not so good reviews of the counter staffs n etc..however my experience with the two staffs there was all smooth n well. None of them were rude or unkind. In fact both of them were so efficient & nice despite being busy. So please do visit Dr Eugene at this clinic if u are looking for a patient & empathetic GP.
