Was happy with the rental a traditional chinese attire for my wedding from Malena. Staff were polite and provided a great experience while we were trying out the various attires for rental; and they gave clear instructions on rental collection and returns each step of the way. Overall a pleasant experience.

It was such hassle free and smooth throughout the whole process. We were constantly reminded of whats next to prepare and appointments. the gown selection and professional advice given by Vicky are awesome. Vicky has been very thoughtful throughout the process. Kzen was our photographer and he has taken so many beautiful photos, my guests were complimenting it as well. Super love Yuki's hairdo and make up on my Actual Day! just made my day extra special. thanks to the team!!!

Had my wedding in 2018 and was very satisfied with the photographers and videographers from Malena. However, we did not save the photos when it was shared on drive with us and took us a very long time before we decided to save the photos but realised the photos were no longer shared on drive. We contacted them in 2021 to check if they might still have our photos with very little hope. The person in charge was very patient with us and managed to find our photos for us and compiled them in a thumbdrive for us out of goodwill! We are super super grateful! T.T Excellent services and would highly recommend.

Thank you to Vicky and team for their patience and assistance throughout the whole process from PWS to Actual Day. I think we are one of the first few couples that have signed up package with Malena since 2018, but due to Covid19, we had decided to push back our wedding until Jan 2022. Glad that everything went smoothly. Big thank you to Vicky, the superwoman of Malena! She took over of our case around 2020, guiding us in every step, especially during the selection of gowns and suits, and reminding us before every important appointment date. We had a fantastic experience with Malena Bridal for our PWS. The whole process was seamless and communication was easy via the WA group chat. We would like to thank our coordinator Vicky who was very responsive in answering our questions. Appreciate her help and patience during our fitting sessions, letting us try different designs till we find the ones we like. Our photographer Kzen is amazing! She made us feel very comfortable during the shoot and gave clear instructions on how to pose. She was also very assuring. We like the composition of our photos and how natural they look! It was also raining when we were heading out to our final outdoor location, and Kzen was quick to suggest an alternative which was indeed a right choice. We love the photos in that theme! Not forgetting our MUA Annabella who is talented and skillful. The makeup and hairstyle she did for us lasted throughout the day. All thanks to her we looked good in the photos even before editing. Lastly, we met Veron from the productions team last week. She was patient in going through the photo selection process with us. We liked that she is very friendly and only recommended what was suitable for us. Appreciate her willingness to accommodate to our requests. Thank you Malena Bridal! - Benjamin & Sarah

Paid $1000 deposit for rental but didn’t rent eventually, wanted to change to their photography services instead but refused to own liability because Company changed management. Reason they claim I lost receipt so couldn’t prove. Asked them to question previous owner, but new management refused to help. a bridal company that handles problems recklessly took my money for nothing. Do not recommend.

Overall PWS experience was great for us. Staff were very friendly and service provided by the staff were excellent. Price was slightly at a higher-end, however you get what you pay for. Pictures delivered by them were immaculate and perfect. Vicky (Coordinator): Vicky was always on the ball and very quick in replying to any of our enquiries. She listens to our concerns and will try her best to see what she can do best for us. On the day of gown/suit selection, she will try her best to find the best fit gown and suit for the bride and groom, as they have a wide range of gown and suit selection for us to try. The planning of timeline for our PWS was perfect as everything went very smoothly on the day itself, we had ample time for different location and it was not in a rush. Thank you, Vicky, for your hard work, warmth and great service. Yuki (MUA): Make up was nicely done for my fiancée. As my fiancée does not have any particular hairdo or makeup in mind, she left the decision all up to Yuki to decide for her. Yuki was able to do up 3 styles for her for the different locations and outfits which perfectly suit my fiancée. She was a great help to us on the day of our PWS, as we got her to follow us out on that day. Thank you, Yuki, for your perfect makeup for my fiancée and also the great assistance on that day while following us around under the hot sun. Kzen (Photographer): Kzen was a great photographer. She was very fun, energetic and always kept us going despite the hot weather. As we are the type of people that do not know how to pose or act for a photoshoot, Kzen always knows how to direct us and always getting us in the right mood for different shoot. Her photography skills are top notch as the end product we received far exceeded our expectations and photography is the factor that led us to sign a package with Malena in the first place. Kzen makes everything worth it!!! Thank you Kzen. Veron (Album Designer): Veron was very funny and patient when it comes to explaining to us the details on how a designing of photo album works. She helped us a lot in narrowing down the pictures to include it in our photo album as we had a hard time in deciding which are the ones we want to include. Thank you Veron.

Got their PWS and AD full package at a roadshow before Covid and the big day was in November 2021. Just a small tip, make sure all package details are discussed and clearly written in the contract to avoid potential disputes with the coordinators as they just follow what is being written. Wedding Coordinator (Vicky) - In the beginning, we had 2 different coordinators that came and go and this transition was very arubpt. However, when Vicky came onboard, she very quickly sorted things out to ensure the smoothest transition which we were very thankful for. She was responsive mostly and went the extra mile to address our concerns and requirements. Thank you Vicky! PWS & AD Photographer (Winson) - We had an enjoyable experience with Winson during PWS that we further engaged him for AD with a slight top of fees. During the shoots, he was able to have us at ease and be very comfortable during the shoot. Very candid guy while maintaining professionalism in his works. Highly recommend him to couples. Make Up Artist (Haiyan) - Haiyan has been a joy to work with throughout. Engaged her for PWS and wife was very happy with her. We engaged her again for AD as well and she has never failed to deliver. Very impeccable services from her and would highly recommend her services too.
