My wife and I were attended by Fann. Throughout our whole gown and suit selection process, Fann has been professional and patient! She has a great eye for styling and the attires recommended by her complemented us both wonderfully. She would also sincerely advise us on our choices, just to make sure we look best on our wedding day. Good job to Fann and her team. We had a wonderful time at Rico and would gladly recommend Fann to any couple!

Always love my experience there. Tiffany and Miky is really polite and patience service staff when helping to choose gown and to let me try. To be honest, seeing the staffs there, all are great and patience. No rushing but giving you best opinion to the best gowns that suits you. So i honestly love RICO. And their gowns are perfect. Joyceler is a good MUA too.

Apart from the wide selection of pretty gowns, our coordinator, Miky, was also the reason for our decision to sign with Rico-A-Mona. Miky tended to us when we first stepped into the boutique. She was pleasant and easy to talk to, it felt like we were talking to a friend throughout our time with her. During my first visit I did not know what kind of gowns to go for. Miky picked out a number of gowns for me to try and based on my comments of the gowns, she narrowed down the choices. From the gowns she picked for me, I felt that she understood me more than myself? She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was in love with all the gowns she chose and always ended up being spoilt for choices again. Trying on gowns may be tiring but I can see it was even more so for Miky who was helping with the fitting, bringing multiple heavy gowns for me, bending up and down to arrange the train etc, yet she was always so cheerful and positive and accommodating to my requests. I always looked forward to every appointment with Rico. Thank you so much Miky for making our experience so enjoyable ??

Special thanks to Rico A Mona for their amazing service. Needless to say I love my gown so much (it was love at first sight). Many of my guests also complimented me saying my wedding dress is beautiful. May, our coordinator was really friendly and helpful. Her planning was also spot on.. we are also very glad we took the package that includes MUA and photographer. My MUA Jessie did an amazing job especially when I have serious eye water retention, she did her best to help cover it. Vanesse our photographer was super efficient and very accommodating. Overall my husband and I are really happy with our choice and will definitely recommend Rico a Mona! Thanks team for amazing work!

We signed the pre-wedding package with Rico. Miky attended to us, she is very professional, friendly and we click along very well although its our first meeting! There are a wide variety of gown to choose from and i am sure you will be able to find your perfect gown! :) I found mine and made my wedding day a perfect one! Overall very satisfied with the service and highly recommended!

Visited quite alot of bridal shops and finally landed my eyes on Rico. Team Rico are professional, friendly and cater to our needs! They had a great varieties of wedding gown and best in-house alteration. They are friendly and helpful during the entire gown selection till final fitting, transaction was smooth sailing. Such an amazing experience, went in having no idea on style and came out with THE PERFECT gown! BIG thank you to Jamie who has taken over since the first attended staff left. We decided to check out the shop after my wife did an online 'market survey'. We were delighted with the good gown selection, competitive pricing - no frills, no hidden charges - and no hard-sell tactics, and decided to sign the package on-spot. Even though we were on tight schedule, our super friendly and sweet Coordinator Ah-May was able to squeeze out timeslots for gown selection (they are very popular so couples will need to plan early and be flexible to take available slots), to final fitting and most importantly editing/generating the photo album in quick time. Each upper floor has 2 change areas for 2 couples, even though we need to share floor with other couple occasionally, we never had to share the same changing area. If you are expecting exquisite exclusive atas personalized service, perhaps can let them know and work out something. They also custom make bridal gowns on request, these are naturally more pricey but beautiful, we saw a few work-in-progress during our appointments. The wedding photo shoot was professionally taken by Henry whom cajoled and entertained us through the tiring day. We were very thankful in taking his advice for locations and poses (despite some initial reservations) as the photos turned out great! Had a hard time down selecting the photos. =) The make-up artist Denise was also very professional! My wife and I totally love her skills and experience in creating a fresh and natural look. My wife left the styling ideas to Denise and her creations for different occasions (wedding shoot, fetching the bride and wedding luncheon) turned out great! In summary, we like to thank the team in Rico-A-Mona for the wonderful service rendered, and giving us a memorable experience with your friendship and laughers. Very personable service and no hard selling. Had transferred in from another bridal agency and felt their services were much better. Tiffany and Micky assisted me throughout, made me feel feeling comfortable and helped me pick out very suitable gowns. Some areas of improvement for the company: (1) quality of men's suit, will be better to get your own. (2) Prewedding shoot done by in house photographer, not of very good quality and service poor... so better check who you are getting. What we saw was not what we got. (3) Makeup artist given was Nicole (from china) can be very slow, makeup was melting too. Paid for false lashes but did not bring, anyhow used the leftovers from another bride. Paid for trial hairstyling but did not finish the service... so quite upsetting.
