No potable water here so recommended to carry plenty water if camping here.
Covered washroom has non potable water for all other needs.
Not much wood at the campsite.
Look for and collect dead wood along side the road while approaching the campsite so that you have enough firewood for your camp fire. There are two large designated campfire pits.
Nice area to pitch a tent or trees to put up your hammock and tarp system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent scenery, toilet, and fire pits. Avoid sleeping in the shade if you don't have a mosquito net. Nearby forest has plenty of deadwood for fire, and a footpath up the river leads to a hut that sells drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice for camping out. No potable water here so recommended to carry plenty water if camping here. Covered washroom has non potable water for all other needs. One of the things that shocked me upon arrival to the campsite was an ugly fence on the water, one of the friendly locals told me it was installed about 15 years ago to stop illegal migrations from other countries embarking in Malaysia towards mainland Singapore.

There are two campfire place at this campsite. I did BBQ at the evening and cooking instant noodle in day time. Do rent a bike at the jetty to ride here. Did sh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ camped here 4 times during pre-covid days. quiet and tranquil campsite away from the jetty, gets quieter after the day trippers leave on the last boat. enjoyed the cool breeze during the monsoon period.
