My pet hamster Angel left early this morning. Mr. Paul was very kind to help check if my request for same day cremation and scattering the ashes on their premise can be possible As cremation takes 1-2 hrs for the ashes to cool down .. they accommodated to a 3pm slot to enable me to collect and scatter the ashes by 5pm. Sincere thanks to the staff there - the uncle who helped bring Angel to the chamber room, the counter lady who occasionally checked on me while i chose to wait for the ashes to be ready at the waiting room…she told me its ok to sit at the counter to chat with them if i felt it’s lonely during the wait to handle the grief and even offered me beverage. Thanks also to the guy assisting with the cremation ..sorry i didn’t get your name. He was really patient and explained to me what to expect and gave me time to be with my pet before/after cremation and also sound advise on the scattering of ashes as it was pouring and really gave me time to decide what to do without any rushing me. My overall experience was a good and comforting one with the assurance that i have done the best i could for my deceased pet for its last journey with the help from Mandai Pet Sanctuary. Kyo and Serene are helpful and friendly. Service was fast & fuss free. Price is one of the cheapest among all the crematorium for pet. Highly recommended

Really accommodating for a rushed request. But we managed to get our closure that we needed. Thank you so much to Kyo and team for making our farewell to our beloved Lucky a really peaceful one. My heartfelt gratitude and a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff at Mandai Sanctuary especially Kyo. Without his kind help, it would not have been possible for me to send off my beloved son’s final journey in the way I always wanted to.. Thank you Kyo for being so kind, to understand my grief n giving me sufficient time to prepare n wrap up. Not only that but giving me privacy to spend the last time collecting my son’s bone myself as this is my last wish & promise to my son. Leaving us a memorable & meaningful closure. Thank you for your professionalism service in handling my little pet cremation. The staff is so kind that let my girl choose the urn for her hamster. She understands how my girl's feeling of losing her hamster. Highly recommended for their service and reasonable price.

Very hospitable staff, I felt comforted and at ease. I brought my dear cat to be cremated and collected her about 4 days later. Price range is reasonable and will definitely recommend if you can't afford a grand sendoff.

We lost our dog,ECHO a week ago. Our whole family was devastated because it was sudden though a senior dog that has a lot of “conditions” already, we weren't expecting to lose him that night. We didn’t know what to do, we didn’t prepare…so we hurriedly browsed the internet and came across your website. It was 1120pm and we called the number of Mr Paul, he was so helpful, courteous and caring, he guided us on all the procedures and what has to be done, he said he can pick our dog that night explained all the fees etc but we decided to have our dog picked the next day. True to his word, he came just after 9am and was so sympathetic of our situation, clearly explained the details on what to expect. Thank you so much for handling our dog with care, compassion.. my family will be forever grateful.

Our dearest dog had left us and it was heartbreaking period for us even when writing this review. However, I would like to commend this place. It’s peaceful here, They provided very professional services and the staff can relate and show empathy to pawrents like us. Price is reasonable. Thumbs up for them.
