An overdue review. Our beloved Chino left us on 28 Jan. In the midst of our shock, pain and grief at the loss of a precious child, the empathy and patience we received from Sanctuary Pet Cremation was appreciated immensely. Cremation was arranged for the next morning, 29 Jan. After a painful drive that felt too short despite the distance, Rachel and Boon were waiting to receive us at the carpark. From the very moment we alighted, Boon carefully took over and gently handled Chino, making sure that Chino never left our sight. Rachel walked with us every step of the way, patiently and gently explaining the process to us, guiding us on what to do and to expect. Pain and grief aside, the whole process was smooth, dignified, and comforting. We never felt rushed, and at the appropriate junctures, were provided ample time and privacy for the precious last moments. Rachel introduced to us the additional services and products available, but she was never pushy. Boon was patient, assuring and empathetic in guiding us through the process of collecting the ashes. His insights and explanations were a great source of comfort. Together with Chino, we felt so well taken care of. Their sincerity and service were immaculate. 5 stars cannot do justice to what we received. We cannot thank Sanctuary Pet Cremation enough, especially Rachel and Boon, for ensuring that we could focus on being with Chino on her final journey and not having to worry about anything else. We would not have had it any other way.

Thank you Sanctuary Pet Cremation for the superb services when my Don Don passed away 2 days ago. Their patience and attention to details were deeply appreciated by my Family and me. Thank you for giving Don Don a well deserved, peaceful and dignified send off. I hope that you guys will continue on the good works and bring the much needed services to others during their difficult times.

Our beloved Loco passed on 11 April. Our vet recommended Sanctuary Pet Cremation and I'm so glad she did. The team at Sanctuary was so professional and caring. I want to personally thank Melvin and Kim for the entire process. Melvin arranged and transported my dog after he passed. Kim conducted the private pet memorial service for Loco. When we got there, we were wowed by the atmosphere. The place was clean, beautiful and serene. The service lasted for about half an hour before we said our final goodbyes. We were then ushered into the waiting room as Loco's body was being cremated. After a short period of time, we were presented with Loco's bones. It was clearly his since we can recognise his crooked teeth and his nice little skull. We were then given the opportunity to place Loco's bones into an urn of our choosing. Thank you for the perfect send off for Loco.

Our beloved buddy left us on 17/3/2022. Thank you Pet Sanctuary for making our buddy Tinkerbelle’s last journey so peaceful. Special thanks to Boon who attended to all my queries and explained the whole process over the phone gently and patiently Thanks to Melvin who came pick up Belle. He was extremely professional, patient and respectful. Even though it’s already late (11pm) but he didn’t rush through and gave us time to bid farewell. The cremation was handled by James & Rachel which was done in a very professional and dignified manner. They gave us space and allow us time to grief and spent the last moment with Belle. James also patiently explained every fine details of the send-off journey. The team in Pet Sanctuary is very professional, compassionate, kind and gentle. The place is also very peaceful and clean. Amazing team. Couldn't imagine a more peaceful and healing cremation for our family member of 16 years. Their kindness, attention to detail, beautiful and serene environment is truly admirable. Lives up to its name- Sanctuary indeed. Thank you James and his team for taking such good care of Fluffy and providing this healing space for us to say our goodbyes. Truly means a lot. Got a really lovely urn from there for Fluffy too. Something Fluffy would love. An extremely pleasant experience with the team at sanctuary pet cremation. What stood them apart from other companies was how patient they were even when I was just simply enquiring over the phone. They even sent me photos/videos explaining the ceremony process to help me better understand the service they provided. On the day itself, Boon took great care of us and Autumn. The team was very professional, attentive and caring. The whole atmosphere and environment of the place was very peaceful and it truly gave us the opportunity to send off our furry friend with dignity. It was very thoughtful of them to provide a nice room to sit and wait for the cremation, and they even had complimentary tea which was a nice touch. It's important that we find a reliable and efficient cremation service for our pets. Such a memory would be the freshest whenever we think back, and it would also serve as a closure. Sanctuary Pet Cremation gave my dog, Dusty, a dignified funeral service. Everything was so well arranged, from picking Dusty from my place, to tenderly attending to my her body, giving access a serene location with signs, flowers and music, providing clear, prompt and empathetic communication and a place to chill while Dusty's body was being cremated. We were able to check her bones after the cremation. I didn't have to stress about anything at all, except to show up on time to say a proper goodbye. Thank you for understanding that our pets are family members and they mean the world to us. I'm eternally grateful.

Even at dawn on a Sunday, Sanctuary Pet Cremation responded to our WhatsApp message almost instantly and reached out to us with a call to explain the process of cremation concisely and patiently. The cremation service was taken care of by Melvin, who was empathetic and friendly. The service was held in a very peaceful and dignified manner, the perfect sendoff for our dog. We had the chance to have his paw prints created in clay, and also did the bone picking and placing of the bones into the urn on our own. The entire grounds was also beautiful.
