★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service are ok. However, i would suggest you call them if you just wished to ask for a quote. Unless you love their agressive sales method of emailing you or contacting you to check if you have decided.
Also, unless u dont mind them looking at what you storing in your space, do so after office hours. The staff has ample of time looking at you through the cctvs during office hours. Dont feel any privacy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an account for almost 2 years after relocating to my new place @ Yung Kuang Road.
So far, the only bad experience I have with them is chasing payment on Sundays. Yes, you have read correctly on Sunday.
After I reprimanded them that even commercial banks do not call on Sundays, they have since stopped calling on Sundays for a miserable payment of less than $150.00
Overall, the facility is good. Staff is friendly. No complain.

Mandarin charge monthly and no deposite so you don't have to commit for long term contract. there are also prepayment options with discounted rate for 1 month should you choose to opt for 3mth or 6mth prepayment. This place looks quite new. With both Aircon and non aircon facilities.

Happened to bump into a very old friend my BMT mate from the force! What a small world.
Booking was fuss free, good promos offered and you definitely feel safe storing your what not here. Location is pretty accessible by public too with a side gate near a bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store does not collect deposit with one month free rental, additional services of providing one time van service to delivery your stuff to the store. Absolutely good service and staff is helpful. They responded fast on the enquires. The unit is also well kept, clean, with free wifi and equipment such as trolleys and ladders are available. They also sell boxes and key pads.
