I moved my stuff to Storefriendly. One day a stranger went to my locker, told the staff she was a friend and they let her into my unit without asking my permission. They didn’t call me nor email me. The person took stuff out of my store unit and left. The storage friendly staff did not ask for her name or phone number amd just let her leave with my things. I escalated it to the management team and they offered me 1 month free storage. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to store their stuff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy to have found a secured, airconditioned and easily accessible (24/7) storage space near to home after we moved to our temp place and in such desperate need of an affordable solution to store our stuff before our new house is ready. We loved it that there's easy parking, loading & unloading and is sheltered all the way. Plus, they also provide complimentary move-in service, so that really was super helpful while we are in the midst of moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to store your stuff.
I was given the pin number to access the premises but it didn't work. Having loaded so much stuff into my car, unload and carry to the level 3 only to face such issues.
AND forget about the after hours hotline. It only leads you to a voicemail and the voicemail is full! Totally no assistance at all!
Now I've to carry all my stuff down to my car again and go home!

In September their service was highly helpful, attentive and excellent. A clean and efficient operation.
Once again in Feb they've done a relatively nice job thus far.
Their staff member Clarence is excellent.
I recommend their services as safe, clean, efficient and reliable.
