To be honest, I rarely walk into a fashion store as it can be daunting at times, but as I walked in I was greeted with a lovely smile and a warm welcome which made me feel comfortable and at ease; I was shopping at a place that knew me personally. To say the least, Carmen is very knowledgeable with the different product offerings and she even took me around the store to show me what items complemented each other. There was no hard selling at all and this was what I truly appreciated, a down to earth lady who respected my boundaries. Any company would be lucky to have her and she brings great value to manifesto. An unparalleled experience.
