I like the lamb shank and the mashed potatoes didn't make me feel hungry but the Asian in me still wanted rice for the sauce...haha Service is good and I like to see the restaurant employing older workers. Ribeye is good as well. Price point isn't that cheap but also not unacceptable if u like the food. I will not mind a second visit.

Decent weekend set lunch at reasonable pricing . Food is nicely done , coffee and dessert is nice . Recommended to be there earlier if you don’t wanna rush through your lunch as they close at 3pm for break . Was there at 2pm as we wanted to avoid the crowd but felt pressured to finish our food by 3pm .

Cosy neighborhood place channelling the 80s-90s Singaporean western food vibes. Oysters from NZ were so-so (defrosted and not that fresh), escargot were good but lack flavoring beyond their own taste (I'd advise Tabasco). Tenderloin steak was medium or well in some parts though I ordered a medium rare due to the hotplate.... But lobster bisque was good! Wine selection was palatable and suits the food. All in all, a joint to enjoy non-steak and non-raw Western!

They do accept advanced booking. With all the hype and publicity and the crowd when visited on a Friday night, the expectations was high but it failed to live up to expectations. TLDR: Service was good, food was average. You get better food elsewhere. Deco is like stuck in 1990s, service was good. Long queue and eve though was early, table is readily available. Can see young to old all dining there. So we ordered the roast beef which came in a small piece slab. Ordered medium rare and it came in a cold piece, some parts medium and some slightly rarer than medium rare. I suspect they didn't cook it upon order and tried to use the sauce to overcome the badness. Saving grace was the baked potato. Verdict: don't order. Escargot is a 4/5 as it was hot and sauce was good. Oysters naturale was fresh 5/5 but don't dip in their "watery" sauce. Verdict: both can order. Chicken wings came in mid wing only, 3/5. Verdict: order only if you badly need wings. Calamari rings which crust fell off upon the touch, external hot but internal slightly cold, 2/5. Verdict: don't order. Prawn spaghetti lacked taste (missing salt) and the prawns were like frozen prawns. 2/5 Verdict: don't order. Seafood pan was the most promising when served but the squid tasted bad and fish like from frozen pack. Sauce was good though. 3/5 Verdict: don't order. So the food was average, limited wine list and it is not worth the wait if you have to queue. Maybe the food isn't on par due to the crowd and large orders. Go if you have gotten used to the taste, don't go if your neighbour has better western food. For me, most likely won't visit again.

Had Saturday lunch and the food was absolutely disappointing. We ordered the lunch set which came with a soup, salad, cake and coffee / tea. Soup was thick and served hot. Garlic bread could have had a stronger garlic flavour. Salad has a lot of sauce which was a bit overwhelming. The most disappointing was the fresh oysters which were the worst oysters I’ve ever tasted as it had no oyster flavour at all. For the mains, the oxtail stew was good but the rest were normal. 10/10 wouldn’t go back again.

Good food as always since at their previous location. Had the fish and chips and ribeye steak. Price on the more expensive side, taste seemed really normal. Good service. Can do better with taste definite to command the current price levels if not its just norm and might not be worth the price. But give it a try if you haven't, local business with many years of experience and regular customers.

This restaurant is full house for weekends. Require to make reservations. Tried the escargots, ribeye steak, lamb shank, oxtail stew and fish & chip. All are good. Ambiance is nice. Service is prompt too. Will definitely go back for more.

Old school restaurant. Ambient is nice but did not get to be seated inside as fully reserved. Outside seating a bit warm and suffered a few mosquitos bites. Set lunch is value for money. Came with soup, salad, main, cake and coffee/tea. Food quality and taste on average. Service is good. Recommended to try if you are in the area as it’s one of the better restaurants around in that area.
