Brought multiple pieces back to him for service and he had without hesitation fixed the watches which I bought from him.
Recommended some friends over to purchase a watch from Martin, they were too impressed with the selection and price. Will definitely recommend to consider visiting this shop when you have the chance. Much better than other shops with stuck up attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this day and age, I am surprised that business owners can afford to treat customers like as if we are begging you for watches.
Poor customer service, one word answers, and curt communication. You are lucky your business will still run; not because you are doing a such an awesome job taking care of your customers. But because there is a demand for watches and some customers will just deal with your attitude.
It’s fine; your shop will run without my business. And I will find my watches elsewhere.
