β β β β β Always appreciate Chuan Watch for the great trustworthiness - that I wouldn't get my watches anywhere else.
Always remember when I was getting my first watch and Nick called me on a Sunday morning to explain the details to a noob me before I head down to get my first watch the next day.
Going back again for another watch years later and still receive that consistent trustworthiness and top notch service.
You can't cheat credibility and great follow up service!

β β β β β I once dropped my Panerai a few years ago and called Chuan for help, it was quickly repaired by Shaun Lim the very next morning. I have bought over 10 watches from Chuan Watch, and never once had any issues. Authentication services were a breeze (done in 5mins). Always liquid with buy-ins and trades. Special shout out to Shaun for the impeccable service and hospitality!

β β β β β First purchase with Chuan Watch. Dealer Nick was detailed in checking the watch and did the sizing for me. He also went through with me on how to adjust the date and time. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely visit again for my next watch.

Bought a Rolex Batman from Nic and he was very patient to a noob like me when explaining care instructions for the watch (even though the shop was busy & full of customers!!). Will not hesitate to go back to Chuan Watch again should I need to buy another watch in the future!
