Tried the Spanish black pork curry rice. The curry sauce is ok. Nothing fantastic. But the quality of the black pork is excellent! Will definitely come back again. Not to sure whether they serve Miso soup but it would be good if they did.

Pretty good for the price point. It was crispy and succulent! Will be back to try their curry and other katsu!

Ordered their signature pork katsu don ($9.80) and signature blackpig katsu set ($15.80). I'd say that the quality of the pork is really good, they weren't joking when they say they source their meat carefully. In terms of taste, both pork katsu is crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and doesn't have any porky smell. After trying both, I'd recommend the blackpig if you're looking for a good experience, the presentation alone felt like dining in a restaurant. Otherwise the normal pork katsu is great as well. Overall highly recommend to check out this stall if you're around the area. Value for money haha..

Really good quality tonkotsu. Really authentic feels and thick pork cutlet. The donburi was my family's favourite followed by the teishoku. The curry is pretty normal. And the average price of $10 is really reasonable for the quality.

Ordered the Una Tama Don ($11.80) and Special Pork Katsu Don ($12.80). Was told that the difference between the Special Pork Katsu Don and the normal Don is the amount of meat and onsen egg. The amount of meat was so generous, in fact their rice bowl was so filling. The onsen egg was the cold kind and the yolk was creamy and sweet. 10/10 would add on the onsen egg! Felt that the Pork Katsu Don was good but it’s still a Pork Katsu Don ? Not really out of the world and it’s what you expect it to taste. Probably should have tried the Black Pork version. The Una Tama on the other hand was average, and the amount of soft bones in the unagi made the dish so dreadful ._. Especially since the bones were actually pretty sharp and hard, so it wasn’t the kind you would swallow once your tongue distinguishes its texture.

Delicious pork katsu curry. The exterior is fried crispy but not oily. The meat is thick and juicy. Tried the katsu don the other day too. Same katsu but different style. Looking forward to try the other stuff on the menu. Able to pay using grabpay and other cashless method, very convenient.

Very good restaurant grade Tonkatsu, I would say even better than some. Big meat servings accompanied with flavourful Japanese curry.

Tried chicken katsu is very soft and good... But the salad is not crispy and crunchy like what you expect from japanese restaurant. Usually i can have like few servings of the salad but i dont even feel like finishing this. $10.80 for this is pretty affordable though for the meat... The supposedly signature una tama don is super disappointing and awful... Super fishy. I will suggest staying away. Not sure why they even put as popular. ? Will definitely be back for more katsu and anything other than una tama don. Visited: 5th Mar 2022
