β β β β β My first negative google review as I'm fuming mad. Damaged BRAND NEW books (that cost a few hundred dollars) just for photocopying! Trusted the ladyboss during collection (she seems really nice) & paid full amount. Only to realised after collection that pages were torn, aren't even intact anymore & fell out, which she hides it properly in between pages during collection - UNETHICAL BUSINESS. Went back & there's nothing she can do (since I've alr paid in full!) FYI, these are top quality expensive books, obviously she's VERY rough in handling! It took a week to photocopy (duration that she requested) yet she can't even do a basic proper job. I'm now required to pay back hundred plus dollars for the obvious book damage since they are brand new. Should have tried the other printing shop a few blocks away which I did pass by but seems busier. THIS SHOP DONT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS, WAITING FOR IT TO SHUT DOWN.

β β β β β honestly the lady and the uncle have such polite and caring attitude, they have help me to reprint a book that is bigger than A3 into A4 and there are a total of 6 books + binding. Process is tough and tedious but they still took up my order and such good customer service is rare!

β β β β β they adjusted their opening hours for the covid period! I'm quite happy to change my schedule so I can still use their services. I really find them so polite and so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Conveniently located at the basement of the block for you regular photocopies needed. Reasonable pricing for the job task and quality of the jobs is good. Staff is friendly and very attentive to the customers who have a request. They are closed on Sunday and publicβs holiday. So try to avoid these timing.
