β β β β β Customer service is non genuine and rehearsed. Very unfriendly. Bad shopping experience. Very different to other shops in Singapore. All shop assistants were very unfriendly, particularly Lily. She seemed to be annoyed and rough.

β β β β β Well deserved 1 star. On a first occasion, I had the following conversation with staff (S) at the counter:
S: oh, this item has a discount tag but discount period ended yesterday, can we bill you a full price?.
Me: No, this is not fair.
S: ok, no problem. (Proceeds to bill with discount.) Was this an attempt to overcharge me?
Second occasion: two staff chatting to each other all the time whilst me and my wife trying to find clothes. We explicitly asked to assist, assitance was limited to putting items in the changing room. No offer of another size, no comments on fitting. When I ask something, it seems I disturb them. Final accord: a staff member yells across the store to another staff member that she needs to go use toilet. Where are their manners?
