★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is really nice to those people who are working out especially for me. This place is quite convenient and their training is efficient. The instructors are well trained and really working hard to help you lose some weight. The equipment are new and plenty so the more the equipment, the more you work out. They also execute different kinds of work out routine and gives you a food chart to follow that fits to your workout. And I really recommend this to you guys cause this gym is 100% effective
