We would like to compliment Mark Lim our designer of Master Design Pte Ltd. This is my second home that was designed and renovated by Mark. Mark is sincere, friendly and attentive to our requirements. He will find out about our habits and expectations, access our current living space and propose the design that suited our lifestyle. His design optimised our small kitchen into a space that looks spacious and elegant while providing us efficient storage capacity. His idea is practical and ensuring that they look good and stylish without incuring unnecessary spending. He was open to suggestions and even going the extra mile to look up on possible solutions or furnitures that I can explore further, just to allow me to get the right look and feel for my home. He was there at every step of the renovation, providing us updates on the progress and raising issues which require our attention in a timely manner. He did his best to work within my timelines and follow-up on issues which may require further work. We are very pleased with how our new house looks and friends have commented that it looks cosy and comfortable.

We have done 2 renovations with Mr Mark. These days is hard to find a true breed interior designer ! First renovation impressed me greatly - he can design country look kitchen . 5 rms 75% is make of wood . Present home , we decided a change of modern concept of our DBSS. He knows how to blend his designs into practical approach which most sporean culture likings . This is important to us , we are living a home ? not a showroom ?. Our previous home we sold away at high price due to his design renovation. Thanks. Mark for his excellent spirit . We are a proud homeowner whenever friends came to visit us.

Very happy with the quality of work done for our terrace house. Mark gave practical ideas which work instead of something fancy from magazines or show flats which will not stand up to wear and tear. We had an excellent relationship during the project, from choosing materials to finalizing details. Post handover, Mark was responsive when there were minor touch up required. Master Design is highly recommended. ???

We hired Mark Lim for our renovations for both our condo and our landed house and were very happy with both spaces. He is pleasant and obliging with the client and works with quality specialists ( tilers, carpenters etc.). Being in the interiors business myself, I was happy with the quality of joinery and final finish of the home and received many complements.

It was about 6 years ago when we moved to our maisonette and all i remember was Mark was very patient and professional when handling my husband's (sometimes ridiculous) requests/ideas. He also gave a lot of advices and suggestions on designs and materials used for the renovation. I'm not good with words and all i want to say is: The next time we move we're definitely gonna engage Mark's services again!

I have engaged Mark as my renovation contractor after reading positive reviews from his clients. He proves to be a dedicated contractor. From giving good advices on tiling to carpentry works. In additional to this, he has good carpenters too. He coordinated the works well. He is responsive throughout the renovation works and was able to handover my house in time. I strongly recommend M/S Master Design if anyone is interested or still finding a good contractor.

My husband and I took a leap of faith when we decided to go with Mark for our house renovations. And we very thankful that we did. I am writing this review about 1 year after our reno so it is safe to say we did not regret our decision one bit! Mark is a professional and the process of the reno went very smoothly, with almost no hiccups or delays. It is also important to note that we started our EA resale flat reno almost immediately after the Circuit Breaker, so it was crucial for us to find someone who had the manpower and resources to meet our tight deadline. Mark gave us great ideas and inputs in terms of design and costing. He is accommodating and is also very responsive. We took many of his design recommendations - from our French Doors, to the choice of flooring, the kitchen tiles, wardrobes, cabinet colours, and even choices of hardware. He had a great team on hand so our house was actually completed 1 week AHEAD of schedule, which was incredible given the circumstances of the pandemic. Overall, we had a great experience working with Mark. We have already recommended him to some of our family and friends because they were so impressed by his work. Thank you Mark and the Master Design team for our beautiful home!
