★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blend of nature with infrastructure is gorgeous (as is the case with most buildings in Punggol), however due to the place is relatively far from central area of Punggol, the hawkers have almost no competitors and may increase the price of economy rice with not-friendly attitude.
