Pre ordered and fully paid to pick up food at 6.45 .Reached at 7 to pick up but my order was not ready .I had to wait for another 15mins .The lady didnt admit that order was forgotten , but still need to wait for a few more dishes to be done .She wasn't apologetic at all !

β β β β β Ming Xiang is a stall which is worth the wait . The serve delectable food & have friendly service . Not only are their food delectable , the stall owners are friendly & hard-working . They do their best to offer their best service to customers . The stall owners are honest , respectful & responsible .

β β β β β Very disappointed with the waiting time.... Order thru grab food self collection at 5.53pm and given 1 hr collection time which I think reasonable cos dinner crowd.. But upon reaching realised my order didn't even prepare. Need to push the bigger size lady for my order than got action. Only got my food at 7.39pm. Way off the projection of 6.53pm. So what if the food is nice based on the review but if the waiting time is too long at least stop accepting grab ordering and jamming up the orders. Really bad.

β β β β β Being the only zichar stall in the area, they mark up their prices higher than regular neighbourhood zichar.
With 2 chefs and 1 assistant, I can see the kitchen is already unable to accommodate their local offline orders. To make things worse, they are on online delivery platforms such as FoodPanda, Deliveroo & Grab. Expect very long waiting time despite ordering early for self pickup. ORDER EARLY. BE IT TWO HOURS EARLIER.
