★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 20/02/2022 - no smiles but asked by a lady on what I wanted. When she knew what I wanted wasn't available, attitude went down further.
I'm actually glad I didn't have to buy from her, I'm not happy spending my money there too.
Who knows when visited Wisteria branch again on 21/02/2022, service encounter was again bad to the core. Not happy to buy even though the items I wanted was there.
As a new customer, I'm horrified and disgusted by the unhappy service experience encountered.
