Maggie impressed us with her friendly and positive service attitude. She was also very knowledgeable about the watch we had enquired previously about in which she had helped to follow up on. In addition, we also appreciate that she will take the extra mile to ensure that our queries are answered.
Maggie does not employ any pressure sales approach but more on her sincerity towards her customers. Her good service never fails to bring a smile whether or not one eventually buys the watch.
Last but not least, we are her repeat customer.

Friend was right she was very knowledgeable and patient even though I told her in advance that I would not purchase today, just want to have a rough idea what to get for my wedding anniversary gift next month. The watch there was very attractive and have many choices and it doesn't look like second hand. I would definitely come back to look for Maggie to get my anniversary gift next month. I would highly recommend to my friend. ??
