Maxsoft Singapore help me solve an issue with one of their Official Distributor that refused to give tote bags to those who preorder online and pick postage, and only prioritize Walk In to their store. We are still in Covid-19 Pandemic, and I worried to get 2nd hospitalization due to covid-19. I really appreciated their Customer Service to solve this..

I sent my Nintendo Switch Lite to them for repairs due to a battery problem. When they tried to repair it, for some reason they managed to render it completely unusable. I don't get it. It's a battery replacement, not a heart operation. How did they manage to screw it up so bad? I didn't backup my Animal Crossing data because I assumed this was just a routine battery replacement that wouldn't affect anything much, but I was wrong. Their "repair" work lost me over 650 hours of progress. I'm grateful they gave me a replacement since it's under warranty, but I certainly wouldn't consult them for repairs again.

Quick and patient service. Adrian helped me replace my Switch when the WiFi chip was spoiled. He walked me through the checks needed to ensure the new Switch’s integrity and waited patiently while I completed the process. Nice and chill guy.

Book an appointment for my switch issue via email as no walk in is allowed. Prompt respond from Adrian (Service in charge). Came down for 1-1 exchange. Excellent service from Adrian. He even provided Pokemon gifts for my kids. =)

Amidst this covid, no walk-ins allowed. Emailed and called for an appointment. Mr Adrian is very helpful in assisting me with my faulty Nintendo Switch. I am so glad that the appointment date and time given on the next day after the call, hence I get mine looked into and given a new console since still under warranty within the same day. Pretty much happy to enjoy the game with my fam again. My boys got PokΓ©mon card games too. Thanks Mr Adrian.

Apart from covid measures of work from home and therefore limited appointments for repair / pick up. The service given by the staff Adrian was impeccable. He was able to diagnose the problem of my nintendo switch swiftly. Left the switch there and collected it on a seperate date. Each visit was less than 15 mins.

My switch had a WiFi issue which was promptly fixed but it died after. I made an appointment and went down to the centre on the same day. Adrian helped me out promptly and was able to do a 1-1 exchange on the spot. He was very friendly and even gave my son some pokemon cards while we were waiting for the paper work to be done. Thank you!

AC adapter for Nintendo Switch was faulty and am glad that there was a 1 for 1 replacement after testing. From the start, Adrian was prompt with his follow up and continue to do so whilst on medical leave to ensure my concern was addressed in time and have another competent staff, Peter to attend in his absence. Both Adrian ad Peter from Maxsoft were helpful, swift and remain polite despite their busy schedule. Thank you both.
