★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a bad bunch of senior sales staffs who are so arrogant to say "NO" to every thing to a customer and one of them started calling me by names .LoL....Foreigners and tourists, just avoid this Sony center. better go to the one at Bugis junction, which has a nice staff team. I shall never, ever go to this centre. Sony, plz change these ppl before it's too late..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my wife to look for a phone case for her new Sony Xperia XZ. Greeted by this 'middle age to old' man when we walked in, who asked what we were looking for. Decided to browse around before popping the question and when we did, he showed us 2 very ordinary looking cases with cut outs for the Xperia XZ (but with a price tag of S$89/-!) My wife commented it was overpriced for something so ordinary, and that's when all signs of cordiality were withdrawn by the old man. The shop was quiet with no customers around but us on a Saturday morning. I can see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. The chinese dependent is super rude and thinks is better then reír customer. I would never come to this place ever again. He told me I couldn’t afford any of the products they have, what does he know, if I have money or not? That is not a way to answer to a customer. Management should take actions against people that give Sony a very bad reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIM lim plaza is an IT techie dream six floors of everything IT phones, TVs, computers, CCTV, software and more, brand names as well as makes you may not have heard of. Repair shops, other retailers selling used equipment. You really need to have a little knowledge of what it is you want, most trader's are genuinely honest and helpful, others may try to sell something that is not absolutely genuine. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In sim lim square stores, if you don't EXACTLY know what you are gonna buy, you will definitely get ripped off! You should know everything about the goods u re looking for like brand, model, capacity, colour and price of course. Never let those sellers help you decide. I've never seen this kind of sellers anywhere else around the world! Talk to them only about the price and bargain hard. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is very quite and not many customer, I Guess they have same experience like me so are not going there. The staffs are very rude. Specifically the old Uncle. I was trying out a JBL headphone and it was not charged and the rude Uncle basically take it away from me! If Sony wants to survive there they need to fire those staff and hire new friendly one. By the way I bought AKJ after that experience.
