The doctor visit itself is fine, but this clinic is notorious for the horrendously long wait. Called 4 times before hand, no one picked up. There were 3 patients queuing to register and that alone took 15 minutes. Took the doctor almost an hour to clear 3 of them before my turn. The visit itself was quick, the payment process was also quick, I just do not know what the hell they're on to when the patients are all sitting around even when it's not crowded. They'll probably reply to this review with some generic reply but no real improvement has been made over my 4 visits in the last 2 years.

Charges $5 for a simple receipt reprint (reason given was because β€œwe have to reprint it and doctor has to sign it”). Never coming back here again. Typical signs of squeezing every single drop from customers. Believe owned by corporate and/or investment company, thus culture is toxic. Agreed with previous reviewers that counter staff are curt and border on rude.

Had to wait around a little because I got there at 6pm and the sole doctor was due for a dinner break. It would have been good if the gap was reflected in opening hours! Dr Phamelia Ang was very patient with my questions and explained her reasoning about my case well.

Despite the 3-star rating, we came here location and timing wise. Unfortunately, we've lost $60 to this branch because they are not doing their job well. At the very least, Dr. Ang humbly apologised for all the trouble they have caused us. If you are travelling soon and looking for RT-PCR/ART, please make no room for mistakes and choose the clinic wisely. As for the $60, they don't do refund and offered minimal fee for re-testing even if they are wrong. We rather proceed with comfort and confidence by going somewhere else.

Went in for a PCR test and doctor said that they could not guarantee that their lab would give a result in 24 hours, ... unless I took the Express option. She unfortunately did not tell me that the Express test cost $250 more than the standard test which is a ridiculous amount especially as the standard 24 hrs should have been sufficient. I reluctantly agreed to the Express test and did not have time to go looking for another testing center that could do it in 24 hours. Total charge for PCR test was $350. Despite checking the name on their computer system was correct several times, they still managed to get the name incorrect on the certificate when it arrive. It then took me half an hour to get someone there to pick up the phone so that the name could be corrected. This is a complete rip-off. Don't go!!

They have 2 good doctors in Nelson and Sylvia. But wont say the same about the other one. I would rather suffer another day and wait to see the other 2 doctors or even the locum doctor, then to waste time and money on the other one. I would call in advance than to make a potentially wasted trip. But then again, they hardly pick up the phone.

I had called multiple times and very seldom does anyone ever pick up the calls. When I do get through finally, the staff often say there is no doctor available. Whilst the doctors there are good when I do finally get one, the waiting time is also very long, an hour to two on average. Please don't give me some generic answer about "we strive to do better and contact us for more details", the sheer volume of other similar feedback below should suffice to show you that the counter service clearly requires severe improvement. My family had been frequenting this clinic for many years and the absolute deterioration in service has been very obvious the past 2 years.

Doctor didn't turn up to work. Clinic was supposed to open at 2pm. Receptionists said they tried to call her and she didnt answer so they didn't know if she was going to come to work or not. They said this is the first time but reading these reviews it seems like long waiting times/lateness etc is the norm here and no initiative was taken to fix the situation (like contact another on-call doctor?) except to wait to see if she turned up. Putting a sign on the door afterwards to say closed because the doctor is on "urgent leave" is an unecessary lie.
