★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place! It’s a banking hub where all MNC’c have their retail and wholesale costumer interface. Good from a tourist perspective as the casino is around too with some spectacular views from Marina Bay sands! Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the newer financial centre in Singapore. With a total of 3 towers, there are ample parking space for the tenants and visitors. The decorations are well-done and classy. High ceiling and spacious lobby.
There are numerous restaurants (Japanese and Italian), cafes and fast food restaurants too.
Located within short walking distance to Downtown station. It is also within walking distance to Raffles Place station. Though it is a slightly longer walk, you can walk using the underground link and you can enjoy window shopping as there are various shops along the underground link.
A great place to work and to chill out.
