Now the new models come with the plastic insoles but it cracks after one year of wearing...

The new models have thinner sole and not the same effect. Also they discontinued the slipin model and come up with moderna which has poor quality The desired sizes are never available

In 2019 I bought 2 pairs of MBT shoes. After wearing for whole day, I will feel uncomfortable on the toes even I am wearing socks. The other pair I got at a clearance sale price. After wearing a few times the whole shoes cracked and the foam degenerated.

This is an update from my previous post with regards to an MBT sandals I purchased from Star360 which broke(the front portion) only after wearing it for about 1 and a half months. My negative feedback was clearly a reaction to what happened having spent S$110 and it barely even lasted 2 months. I guess from a consumer's point, it was a sheer disappointment but however the situation was rectified since then so I thought that it's only right and fair on my part to rewrite and repost my feedback. I wasn't expecting to get a reply from the seller and neither was I hoping to get a replacement since it was stated on Lazada that it doesn't come with a warranty. To my surprise I did get a reply from Star360's customer support a day or two after I had written in. They were apologetic about my experience and was kind and swift to look into it and offered to replace it with a similar pair. I did however have to return the broken pair of sandals and was sent a new one. Both the exchanges were done through NinjaVan and I couldn't be more pleased with the after sales service which was handled with the utmost professionalism. I guess there's probably a multitude of reasons as to why I was unfortunate enough to end up purchasing a 'faulty' pair of sandals and from a reputable brand like MBT. However one of the plus points of this sandals is that its lightweight and very comfortable to walk in and being Recovery sandals I thought it would be best to give it a go since I do have problems with my knee. But in a turn of events, I must say that it all worked out in the end and I appreciate the way in which MBT and Star360's customer support agent addressed the situation immediately and provided the consumer with the right solution and that in my personal opinion goes a long way.
