To my demise, 5 days later, the product has not even been sent out for shipping. I emailed their customer service and their contact email but there was no reply for 4 days. Extremely bad customer service and i am still waiting to receive my product. I recommend going down to another shop or other websites to purchase slippers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good customer service and great product! i ordered on shoppe on the 15th december and received on the 17th, speedy delivery! i was careless with the reviews and didn’t read to recommend sizing up, the shoe ended up too tight. went to their building to have an exchange and the guy was super nice! don’t know who his name is so shoutout to you for being so sweet! i was visibly tired from having to travel such a long way and he was very kind, offering me to try out the shoes on the spot and not rushing me and giving me advice on which size i should choose, ended up with two sizes bigger and it’s the most comfortable shoe i own. thank you so much, will definitely buy again ❤️ !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a pair of shoes here. I found this popular online shop on Shopee with many many 5* good reviews. As I need a pair of shoes quickly, I wanted to purchase and collect on the spot. I googled for the shop and found the shop at Gordon Industrial Building. The friendly young boss attended to me. I told him that I would like to have a pair of canvas casual shoes and he recommended a pair of shoes which suit my needs. The pair of shoes is quite comfortable and the price is very cheap! Same as Shopee price but on the spot collection! Overall a pleasant purchase. Highly recommended!
