Ordered a mango muffin along with a double choco frappe
Got the order by table service, tasted the frappe its not chocolate but mocha? (how i know? I work as a barista)
So i approached the barista told him that it was mocha not a dbl choco
He apologised and remake the drink
Got the drink and resume my meal
Im still giving it as 5 stars as it is about service recovery is there.
As for those who are reading this review still dont understand why i didnt gave a 1 star, or why im not mad about getting a wrong drink, it is because not all of us are perfect and we learn the mistakes that we made through service.(Kudo's to all F&B workers out there stay strong?)
Ps.I made tons of mistakes myself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the coffee here is much better than average stand alone coffee shops. the bean quality is great and care is taken to give you a great coffee. 7.5/10 on my cappacino index. it's hard to believe but yes mc cafe does serve a great cup of coffee which is tough to beat at 60 percent of the price of any regular cafe or coffee chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink was ok but service was awful. Cqme here today 3pm. There are two male staff in counter but they seems to have a personal issue. The Chinese guy in cashier seems new to the job and asked help to the other malay guy without luck as was ignored. Our orders were put on hold while we were asked to sit first (no need to pay as couldn't register). Not sure what are their problem but shouldn't affect the services to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find a time that's less busy to avoid waiting in queue. Nonetheless, the spot is located right next to hard rock cafe hotel and the alley provides sitting and hanging spots to make the wait less of a hassle. (They even have fans lining up both sides of the alley)
The Cafe is of pretty standard quality. A good brunch spot.
