★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Texas Chicken has a new offer this season: herb garlic fried chicken, cheese fries and fruity biscuit. I still prefer its original fried chicken. It also has spicy fried chicken. The gravy, which comes with the mashed potato, pales in comparison to Jollibee or KFC. It tastes like Knorr chicken broth thickened with flour mixture. The biscuits never fail. Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food portion was smaller compared to other outlets. Food was served cold and the taste was not well marinated. Most of the vegetables were in yellowish colour obviously since the food was cold but the tomatoes seriously tasted like it have been keep in the chiller for days. Wasn’t asking for fresh vegetables since it’s fast food but it’s very dissatisfied and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a store that is located within the country's top tourist destination, the service here IS THE WORST. I've seen better and more efficient service from other Texas Chicken branches in neighborhood malls. Due to COVID19, there's no tour groups or tourists, but yet it took THIRTY MINUTES for a group of 3 people to be served our food. Fast food your head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to shout on the food. It's typical fried chicken. What is not good is the service. For one it's slow, took the people like 15 mins just to prepare 3 orders.
Worse thing is they mange to even mess it up by giving me one less chicken even when i ordered 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good thing is: they actually make there stuff properly spicy.
However. The size of a menu is rediculous. See the pictures of the Wrap I had. The packaging is almost twice the size of the actual contents. The Wrap itself was chewy with not a lot actually inside the Wrap.
Service is also slow and not exactly friendly. Impossible to see if your number is ready or not if you are inside.
