β β β β β I paid for seaweed shaker fries but I received plain fries instead. I normally check my order but bcos I'm heavily pregnant and eager to go home to eat my fries I didn't this time round. :( I'm a very upset preggy.

β β β β β At times when it's not crowded long waiting time to wait for food. Even despite the long waiting time, food arrives cold. Especially the fries.

β β β β β One memorable experience is I bought a Big Mac with a missing beef patty. They close their operation by 11pm which is a far cry for the woodlands location which has very limited food option.

β β β β β Bad service. Rude service. McD with large space available is being wasted. McD top management must take note this McD will cost you and have to shut down in a couple of years at most unless you improve on service and staff standards.

β β β β β Honestly sitting inside or outside is no big diff bcz outside may be alittle hot but they have big fans operating meanwhile in-store their aircons operate from opening till closing so it can be rlly cold for ppl who doesnt like overly airconed mcd to dine in so i suggest that the outer dining area is not bad too. Cleanliness is overall kept well. Their toilet is unisex but i've nvr went inside it before. They also have a hand dryer placed outside the toilet which is a plus pt ig

β β β β β I have one star as this is the second time I have missing item. The missing item is a salmon MC spicy, my order only has two burgers but one missing. Luckily I live nearby so I went back to get it. And the burger is not even prepared when I went there to get it...The problem is that I waited for 15min and still can have missing item, my hand was carrying many items so I didn't check before I left.

β β β β β Ridiculous service from service staff Pei Jun. I was collecting a takeaway order, I saw my order was ready but no one called my number. I went to ask if the order was ready and she replied curtly in a rude manner and seemed more interested in talking with her colleagues. As mentioned in a few comments below, service standards at this outlet pales in comparison to other outlets in Singapore. Girl at the door greeting customers was nice and polite though, props.

Order a mac breakfast set for myself waited 40 mins during a non peak hour.. had to keep repeating walking to they counter to follow up my order.. manager came and told me system issue. Okay forgive..
2nd time , ordered on a non peak hour for my lunch, waited 32mins no order came, as usual walked in and check guess what. Staffs & manager claim order not received in their system. manager came and told me it their system issue again.
Well McDonald's you are a big company you can even fix your order system issue? Scrolling through the reviews mostly are the long wait system issue..
