★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is not up to standard of other ljs. I'm not expecting amazing food, it's just a fast food place so I understand. Yet the chicken tasted like it was from an older batch and was soft and soggy. The place was clean though and the service was just weird. The workers seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. It's just not like the other LJS I went to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having my lunch at LJS Woodlands Square outlet. There is no customer except me finishing the last bit of my drink. I saw this young big size guy doing the cleaning and arrangining all the tables making sure the distance by himself alone. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woodlands square, Civic Centre outlet. I am happy with the chinese guy that have served me over the counter around 11:48am. He is patient and polite in his service. The other chinese girl who is working with him can be seen serving customers with patient and politeness too. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff priortises delivery orders more than walk-in customers, delivery orders are sorted faster while walk-in customers wait more than 35 mins to collect their orders or get food served. Quality and standards have dropped way below average as compared to other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: This location tag originally belong to long john silver causeway point but the causeway point outlet close down. So this location tag should be mark as permanently close but some shameful person just change the location to the woodsquare outlet which open when the woods square building was built finish
Getting really common nowadays for people to use this tactic. Photos and reviews dedicated to the orignal location all gone down the drain.
There was actually an actual location tag dedicated to the woods square outlet but since this location tag was already so established from the time when it represented the original causeway point outlet. This location tag completely make the woodsquare outlet location tag useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service at the counter, service staff can really be seen moving and packing very very slowly.
Waited 20mins for my order to be taken when I'm the first in line.
1 customer before me have ordered and was waiting for their orders to be packed.
Order boxes are stacks on each another with food in it. Which is super unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier lady wearing scarf is super rude, do not know how to speak to customers and riders nicely! Me and wife were standing infront counter waiting to order as we thought we couldnt pay by cash if we order through kiosk, despite us approched her in a kind way, she gave us a rude stare and ask what we want after telling us of rudely to order from kiosk and telling us can pay by cash and even rolled her eyes at us. Slamming POS machine, trays and other stuffs infront of customers and rider is really really really rude!!!!! Becareful on how you treat people, you never know who they are in your line of work.
