β β β β β Just renovated and very pretty, however its very small. Minimal seating available.more than half of available seating is alfresco. With covid regulations in place social distancing so expect even less tables.

β β β β β Cozy outlet within Upgraded community center reopened after recent extensive renovation. Space limited with both aircon and non aircon dining area. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Usual good Mac food standard.

β β β β β Staff and atmosphere was welcoming and nice. Ordered takeout and used the Mcdonalds App for the +$2 Peri Peri Shaker Fries deal and bought the McSpicy Set too. Both fries was packed but never recieved the shaker seasoning and packet. Partly my fault for not checking. Minor error.

β β β β β Having breakfast at around 9am at McDonaldβs Jurong Spring CC on 27th March 2022. I was shocked to find that egg shell was present in the scramble eggs. I lodged a complaint to a staff lady standing near the kiosk. She was kind enough to pass my feedback to the counter. Nobody approached me after that. No apology at all even I walked to the counter and showed them the egg shell. Totally disappointed.

β β β β β It took 18 minutes to complete my order of a Big Mac meal, chocolate pie and 2x McWings. I left the restaurant at about 22:43hr. No 'thank you' and not to say a word of apology from any of the staff. Please do better than this.
Update: To make matters worse, I reached home and found the beef patties in the Big Mac to be dark and dried. The worst Big Mac I ever had. Very disappointed. (See attached photo)

β β β β β Newly renovated McDonaldβs located in the CC - havenβt been here since it opened and jumped at the chance to eat one of my favourite fast food chain since Iβm in the area. ?
The check-in process was simple, usher was really friendly, greeting us while we enter and as we leave - also checking out/familiarising with the menu while waiting for patrons to come in ??
The place is really clean and refreshing after the renovation, with a larger focus on outdoor seating as compared to air conditioned ones. That said, it still is well ventilated even on a warm afternoon ?? βοΈ
