Location is not that accessible. It may also be due to this factor, that the food is always serve warm and fresh.
Can we please have the Macdonalds 1 min challenge back?
Nowadays the waiting time after completing order takes between 15 to 30mins.

The place is understaffed, be prepared to wait very long during dinner time.
Delivery collection is always more than 20 mins to an hour (this is after the rider reaches) .. of course, the waiting time correlates to the size of your order.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst drive thru experience that I ever had. The staff took very long to handle the food. Very long que. Had to pay for the drive thru fee cos its more than 15mins.

โ โ โ โ โ I paid for a 9 pieces nuggets set meal at Sengkang Sport Complex via drive-thru but was shortchange by McDonald with a wings box instead. This isn't the first time that McDonald had given the wrong food.

โ โ โ โ โ Always have same issue. Missed an item in the order. Yesterday missing item was the chicken nuggets. Also staff were quick to move you away from the window instead of letting drivers check if all items are complete. So disappointing!!

Previously (about 20 years ago), it was a standalone MacDonald building, with a drive thru and a big garden.
Standard MacDonald service and food.
Still considered sufficient seating space despite the Covid safe distancing measures.
Considerate staffs to allocate some space and seats for the food delivery people to rest while waiting for the food.
Good to download the MacDonald app to get some freebies.
Overall experience was good.

โ โ โ โ โ The McDonaldโs staff are helpful with our orders and deliver to our cars. The part we didnโt like was exiting the gantry of this drive-through because it is always delayed because of faults with the machine and the exit hits the main road directly which is considerably dangerous for many drivers with poor judgement.
