Food waste are still stucked on the cutlery that i was given, had to exchange the cutlery 2 times as they all had dirt on it. I know the team can be tired or missed out hope this reviews lets management assist in getting this outlet’s cleaning process ironed out, worker might be overworked or just better processes in general. Would gladly change my review to a 5 star when the cutleries are properly cleaned the next time i return ? I have been to many coffee bean outlet and most of them are well sanitised, maybe this outlet is just the black sheep for today as the the operations crew might be overworked? (Giving my benefit of doubt as i seldom come to this outlet)
Y	Yvonne Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back to get my favourite vanilla ice blended and ordered Pandan Gula Melaka cake. The vanilla ice blended was still as good. But the Pandan Gula Melaka cake standard drop. I think they put too much Gula Melaka syrup on it. ? the cheesecake was also so-so only.

Hash browns tasted like left out in the open for dunno how long & reheated in microwave. Avoid the food at coffee bean northpoint branch. The hash browns at sembawang shopping ctr branch was some of the best we've had cos it tasted like freshly fried, crispy outside & melty inside & well seasoned.

P	Paddy Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the outlet.you must avoid. Wegot the cold and hard food without heating. The staff are super slow like the sloth as mentioned in previous reviews. It took me more than 10mins to get my order without a queue, and another 15mins to reheatthe food (after I asked them to do so because they didn't heat it when serving). The food doesn't look good. The veg is tiny, dry and unfresh, which is totally different apparence comparing to the other set that we ordered from Causeway Point (same set meal). The quallity and taste is inconsistent at all. The staff is not attentive, unprofessional and untained forthe service line. They don't know how to render the service. One of the girl talked quite cold and rude. Definitelynot coming back to this stall any more.

Didnt order any coffee today cos its sleeping time soon! ? Drinks were good. My California Sunrise had a nice good consistency. Cheesecake ??, my must have at CBTL, just that the cake not properly cut.. a small part of it gone, looks like an incomplete piece.

Probably understaffed but should have trigger the buzzer and let us collect first. Staff also prepared the wrong drink until she got reminded.
